On-Site Edge Processing

At the core of the system is the Alfanoil Edge Processing Unit, functioning as the local data acquisition and processing hub.

The edge device:

  • Collects real-time data from VSD systems, well controllers, and sensors
  • Performs preliminary validation and buffering
  • Structures and encrypts data for secure transmission
  • Supports configurable polling rates and device-specific configuration


Local processing reduces latency and ensures essential production parameters are reliably captured and transmitted — even during temporary communication interruptions.

Secure Satellite Communication Architecture

The integrated VSAT communication module provides secure WAN connectivity in remote desert fields where traditional communication infrastructure is unreliable.

Through VPN-secured channels, data is transmitted via a broker-based architecture:

Edge Device → Secure WAN → Open VPN → Broker → Consumer Platform → Monitoring System
